What these terms cover

These terms govern the use of the interface layer the hotel edits in the console, and the screens it publishes to the TVs at the property.

Your account

The account is held by the hotel. The people the hotel invites are its users, and the hotel is responsible for what they publish.

Password handling and account security wording is being drafted.

What the service includes

The visual editor, the template library, device management, and updates for as long as the term runs. The plans differ in the number of connected TVs they cover.

What is not included

The television service itself. Channels, video on demand, bandwidth, the set-top boxes and the network at the property are not part of this service and are not supplied by us. Hardware is not sold.

Term and renewal

The service runs for the term that was paid for, per property. A reminder is emailed before the term ends, and renewal happens in the console.

Fees, taxes and refunds

Fees are charged per hotel, per year. Payment is taken by an external payment provider, never on this website.

Tax handling and the refund conditions are being drafted; the refund page will state them.

Acceptable use

The screens are the hotel's own communication with its guests. Unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else's rights, does not belong on them.

Availability and changes

Screens already published keep showing on the TVs while the service is running. Maintenance and feature changes are made continuously; anything that removes a feature the hotel relies on will be announced before it happens.

Our liability

The limitation of liability clause is being drafted. It is not in force until it appears on this page.

Changes to these terms

Changes are published on this page with the date they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means the new version applies.
