Refund Policy
Draft. This page shows the structure of the policy, not the binding text. The reviewed version has not been published yet.
When nothing was paid
The free plan is free. Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.
When something was paid
A paid term is charged per hotel, per year. The conditions under which a term is refunded — and how much of it — are stated before payment is taken, and the same conditions apply afterwards.
The exact conditions are being drafted and will be published here before paid plans are sold.
If a payment went wrong
A duplicate charge, a charge after a cancellation, or a payment that failed and was still taken: write to the address at the end of this page with the invoice reference, and it will be looked at.
Cancelling instead of refunding
A term can be left to run out rather than cancelled: the service stays up until the end of the period that was paid for, and no further term is charged. Renewal only happens when it is done deliberately.
How a refund is paid
Back to the same payment method the charge came from. Payment is taken by an external payment provider; refunds travel back through it.
