About This Service
Draft. This page describes what the service is and how it works. It is not a legal document.
What this service is
Screen Composer is a no-code editor for hotel TV interfaces. It lets hotel teams design, edit and publish screen layouts on the TVs in their property — without touching the underlying TV system or video service.
Who this service is for
This service is for hotels, resorts, serviced apartments and similar properties that want control over what appears on their guest room TVs. It is also for IT service providers and system integrators who deliver TV solutions on behalf of hotels.
What you can do with it
- Design welcome screens, service menus, information pages and notices using a drag-and-drop editor
- Change text, images and layout any time, with no engineering support needed
- Publish changes to all rooms simultaneously, in minutes
- Manage multiple properties and device groups from one console
What you need to use it
- A hotel property with TVs or set-top boxes that can display web-based content
- A Screen Composer account
- Someone on the hotel team who can set up the devices and manage the content
What this service is NOT
- This is not a TV service. We do not provide TV channels, video on demand, streaming content or live broadcast signals.
- We do not sell hardware. Set-top boxes and TVs are sourced by the hotel or its integrator.
- We do not provide guest data profiles. The service displays content on screens; it does not collect or process data about individual guests.
How billing works
- Subscription is charged per hotel property, per year.
- Pricing depends on the number of connected TV devices.
- Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Paddle.
- All paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy for details.
Support
Support is provided by email and tickets. We answer every request; typical response time is within one business day.
