What this policy covers
The account data held for a hotel that uses the service, the people who use that account, and visitors to this website.
What is collected
- Hotel data: the property's name, country, contact details, the details the hotel chooses to publish, its logo and colour.
- User data: the email address and name of the people the hotel invites to the account.
- Device data: which TVs are connected, and whether they are online.
- Website visits: aggregate page views, counted without cookies.
What is not collected
Guest personal data. The service runs the hotel's screens; it does not build a profile of the people watching them, and no data is taken from the television service the property runs.
Why it is held
To run the service the hotel bought: to sign the account in, to publish screens to the property's TVs, to invoice, and to answer support requests.
Payment data
Payments are taken by an external payment provider. Card details are entered there and are not stored by us.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
How long it is kept
Retention periods are being drafted.
Who it is shared with
Processors and sub-processors are being listed. It will not include anyone the hotel's own data has no business reaching.
Where it is processed
Storage regions are being drafted.
Rights over the data
A hotel can ask for a copy of its account data, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for the account to be closed and the data deleted. Requests go to the address at the end of this page.
