Questions that come up most often
The questions that arrive before a hotel starts, and in the first week after. Everything here is also in the pages above, in more detail.
Does this replace my TV service or my set-top boxes?
No. It is the interface layer that runs on top of the television service already installed at the property. Channels, video on demand and the provider's own menus are untouched, and the provider is not changed.
Do I need new hardware?
No. There is no box to buy from us and no hardware is sold.
How long does setup take?
Most of the work is the account, the logo and the template — about half an hour. The TV only needs the pairing code. The first screen can be published the same afternoon the account is created.
How is it priced?
Per hotel, per year, not per room. The free plan covers a single small property, and the pricing page lists the rest. A channel or integrator prices it differently — see the contact page.
Can I deliver it under my own brand?
Yes — that is the point of the mechanism: logo, colours, domain and the named contracting entity all come from a brand pack rather than being fixed by us. A channel can hand it to its own customers under its own name.
How is payment taken?
In the console, through an external payment provider. Payment is never taken on this website, and card details are never stored by us.
Do you show advertising on the guest screen?
No. The screen carries what the hotel publishes and nothing else.
What happens to guest data?
Guest personal data is not collected. The account holds hotel data — the property's details, its users, its connected TVs — and that is what the service runs on.
How do I get support?
By email, in English or Chinese, using the address on the contact page. There is no live chat and no phone line; that absence is part of why the price sits where it does.
Before a term ends, will anyone tell me?
A reminder is emailed before the service date passes, and renewal is done in the console.
